The menus change according to the seasons.

Since its opening in Bierges, TERO has evolved alongside the Ferme des Rabanisse in Rochefort. Our market gardener, Jean-Charles, and his team grow vegetables, flowers and herbs. Salers cows, Duroc pigs, Ardennes chickens and sheep have also joined the farm. They are raised with respect for animal welfare and the environment.

By collaborating with our own farm and other Belgian producers and market gardeners, we continually seek transparency and respect for the product, the body and the earth in order to offer you the best to share around our table.
