The Naoumidis family has been farming their land for decades, on the shores of Lake Agios Pantelemonas, in northern Greece.
Mixed with eggplant, tomato, sweet or spicy, Naoumidis peppers are simply delicious as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to meat or pasta dishes, or simply on a good piece of bread.
