It is a refreshing drink, naturally sparkling (refermentation in the bottle), without sugar (all transformed during fermentation) and without alcohol. As it is a fermented drink, it has a nice aromatic complexity like a white wine or a glass of bubbles. The standard kefir (blue label) is flavoured with elderflowers. We also have a pink kefir with hibiscus and blackcurrant leaves and a green kefir with cucumber (seasonal, soon to be replaced by a Ginger/Curcuma Kefir).
