
Claude and Kathia Marion, we have an organic farm in the Rochefort en Famenne area. Claude has been a farmer since 1988 and we went organic in 1999.
We have a herd of Blonde d'Aquitaine cattle as well as free range pigs.
I took courses in butchery at the IFAPME in Libramont and for the moment we mainly produce beef, pork and veal.
We have started the transformation of an old stable into a butcher's shop in order to open a butcher's shop on the farm in the coming months.
At the same time, we are opening a producer's shop in Marche en Famenne on 28 May with 3 other couples of producers where we will be offering meat (beef, pork, poultry, sheep, veal), dairy products, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as other products from producers in the region.
