The Gentissart farm is a family farm, where we produce organic vegetables and fruits. We produce tomatoes (more than 45 different kinds), peppers, aubergines, courgettes, squash, melons, beans, various greens (lettuce, rocket...)
When we choose a variety of a vegetable our first criteria is the taste! We like diversity, originality, brief surprise and to make discover things to our customers.
We also produce green and white asparagus, strawberries (8 varieties) but they are not organic (very little treatment)
